At Wolverhampton, SImone Richards wanted to create spaces that worked both as 1:1 ICT spaces as well as where small groups of students could work together on a single device. Working on computers isn't all about getting the ratio to one device per student - they need to work collaboratively too. The large, circular tables had individual pop-up screens for individual use as well as electrically rising 'Lady Penelope' sections for 24" iMacs that caused quite a stir with studenst!
